Ordinate LLC (“Ordinate,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) is a single-member LLC, and this policy is written in the first person because there is one person behind it. It explains how I collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit ordinate.consulting or contact me directly.
Information I Collect
Information You Provide
When you contact me, submit an inquiry, or book a call through my scheduling platform, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. I only collect what is necessary to respond to your inquiry or fulfill your request.
The Program Health Assessment
If you complete the assessment at /diagnostic and submit it, I store the name, email address and optional company name you enter, together with the answers you selected and the resulting score. That record is held in a database operated by Supabase on my behalf, and a copy is emailed to John Tillery and to you. Your answers describe your own program, so treat this as you would any other note about it: I do not sell this information, I do not share it with anyone outside the tools named below, and you can ask me to delete it at any time. You can complete the assessment and see your score without submitting anything.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit my website, I may collect certain technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This information is used in aggregate form to understand how visitors use my site and to improve the user experience.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
I use cookies and similar technologies to support basic site functionality and analytics. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect certain features of the site. I do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral targeting purposes.
The Analytics Tools I Actually Run
Naming them is more useful than describing them in general terms. On the production site I run Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics. I no longer run Microsoft Clarity, so nothing on this site records or replays your mouse movement, scrolling or clicks. None of these run on preview or local builds. If you would rather not be included, browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop all three, and nothing on this site stops working without them.

I use the information you provide to respond to your messages, schedule consultations, and communicate about potential or active engagements.
